Our Harvey Processing Plant
Located in state’s southwest, Harvey is the largest beef production facility in Western Australia and services both Australia and international markets.
Our integrated processing facility incorporates a modern slaughter floor, a boning facility, a retail packing room, by-products facilities, large automated carbon plate freezers, and cold storage operations.
We produce a wide range of innovative products and packaging formats to meet the demands of our retail customers.
As we process and pack in a single location, we are able to ensure product integrity is maintained and that we adhere to MSA specifications.
Export
Harvest Road supplies chilled and frozen product approved for export to USA, China and many other international markets.
Not only is all our beef fully export-accredited with a range of national and international licenses but we also offer full wrap-round support including operations, logistics, documentation, multi-currency trading options, technical and marketing support.

The Harvest Road Quality Assurance (QA) Department performs daily monitoring and verification activities to ensure compliance to government and customer requirements, as well as adhering to our own company policies.
We conduct product sampling to verify that our processes and procedures are in order and produce a product that is safe for human consumption.
We have an extensive food safety plan that follows the principles of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points, which is verified and reviewed frequently. This process is overseen by The Department of Agriculture.
We are accredited by numerous national and international bodies including: Halal (ICCV and WAHA), AMIC Animal Welfare, HACCP (CXC 1-1969) and GFSI Certification – BRGS Global Standard for Food Safety AUS-MEAT A+ Accredited.
Additionally, Harvest Road is independently audited by AUS MEAT and numerous private operators specialising in the retail and food service sector.Our processing plant in Harvey (DAFF registered establishment number 648) supplies high quality beef to global markets.
